Don’t place AdSense Ads in Floating Sidebars
This is the most common mistake and is unknown to most of users. You may be thinking that you are not violating this term but take a look at your Blog theme. Is the right/left sidebar of your blog is fixed or floating? I am saying this because trending blog themes like Newspaper, Sahifa and Soledad have floating sidebars. So the solution is either make your site sidebar fixed or remove Ad Unit from there.
Stop Publishing Copyrighted Content on Blog
Are you not writing your content yourself or even if you are using pirated images from Google images then you will stumble with AdSense account disabled. If you are doing such then please remove or update your content and also resubmit your sitemap to Google.

UPDATE : AdSense removed ad limits per page. This is a big deal to publishers; as it creates an opportunity to show more ads and removes past restrictions, but it comes with some caveats you probably need to know about.
Did you know that maximum number of ads impression per page allowed by AdSense are only 3 (Including maximum number of 2 text link ads). Keep in mind that Page Level Ads are not included in this count. If you wish to show more than 3 ads than i will refer you to ezoic.com
