Don’t place AdSense Ads in Floating Sidebars
This is the most common mistake and is unknown to most of users. You may be thinking that you are not violating this term but take a look at your Blog theme. Is the right/left sidebar of your blog is fixed or floating? I am saying this because trending blog themes like Newspaper, Sahifa and Soledad have floating sidebars. So the solution is either make your site sidebar fixed or remove Ad Unit from there.
Stop Publishing Copyrighted Content on Blog
Are you not writing your content yourself or even if you are using pirated images from Google images then you will stumble with AdSense account disabled. If you are doing such then please remove or update your content and also resubmit your sitemap to Google.

Do not use AdSense codes in iFrames
If you are software program, don’t try to be over smart and never think to use ads in iFrames. AdSense does not allow anyone to show ads in software etc.
Don’t use irrelevant Keywords
Mostly people try to increase their AdSense Cost per Click by using irrelevant and high CPC keywords. It is very dangerous practice and most important of all it decrease user experience with your blog.
Never Alter the Original AdSense code
If you are programmer and want to try some tricks with codes than go and trick with your website. Because AdSense doesn’t allow its publishers to alter a single word of code from Ad Units.

Although sometimes posting spam like about nudity etc gives traffic but no money. If you do so you are really in loss. It is clearly written in AdSense terms and Policies that you should not post spam content even about alcohol. Never Merge Ads As the Part of Website
Many people try to mess with their visitors by making their ads as a part of their website. It is good to match colors and as far as the relativity of ads depends it is completely on Google AdSense so you should never place ads very near to clickable areas of your site. AdSense bots may visit your website at any time and you will be banned.
Using Ads on Blank Pages
Is your website have any blank area or any page with very little content. In this condition Google will not be able to find sufficient keywords to display ads. As a result blank ads will be shown that may cause your account to be banned.
